life is surely a journey
in so many ways
you can be dedicated to doing one thing, going one way,
and the universe has a plan
that carries you through pathways you may not have ever thought of.
i have been amidst these rapid waters,
and even when you think it is to come together,
anything can change until you've made the step of being where you want to be.
